How long does the rollout take?

OpenClaw up to 5 working days, Hermes 7-12 days from the moment documents arrive. Hybrid (a runtime + a CLI together, with integrations) 2-4 weeks. Timing depends on how fast you supply source material and how many test rounds we need. We set the schedule at the start.

Is my company data safe?

Your documents do not go into general AI models as training data. We keep data in a controlled environment: your infrastructure or an isolated cloud. We cover the details during the audit, before you sign anything.

What if the assistant stops working?

Every rollout includes 30 days of free support after go-live. After that a retainer from 2,000 PLN per month (first month free): monitoring, updates, fixes. You can also manage the assistant yourself, since we document everything and hand over the admin panel.

How large does my company need to be for this to make sense?

An AI assistant for a small company already makes sense at 2-3 employees if you handle repeat customer queries or have a lot of internal knowledge. I work with companies of 1-10 people. The key question: are your people losing time on questions where the answer is always the same?

Can I add more features later?

Yes. We start with the core: FAQ handling, sales enablement or an internal assistant. We add further modules in stages, you do not pay for everything upfront. The system is designed so extensions do not require rebuilding from scratch.
