Responding to sales enquiries
An AI agent reads the enquiry, picks the right product from your offer and drafts an initial reply for the sales rep to approve. The rep checks it and sends it, instead of writing from scratch.
Issuing and sending invoices

No. I build the automation around what you already use: CRM, inbox, invoicing system. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Fakturownia, iFirma, wFirma or Baselinker. I plug in, I don't require migration.
It depends on the process and the volume, so I don't promise a number of hours upfront. After the free audit I map your processes and give a realistic estimate for the specific rollout.
Every system is designed with control points. Key actions (sending an invoice, changing CRM data, replying to a customer) go through human approval or are logged. In the first weeks we monitor the system together.
I work with the usual CRMs: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Livespace, Bitrix24, plus Airtable and Google Sheets. If your system has an API, I can usually connect to it. I verify this during the audit.
Yes. Customer data stays in your systems. With external AI models I sign the relevant data-processing agreements. On request I deploy models running locally, with no data leaving your company.
Support is included in the price for 30 days after rollout. After that you pick a retainer from 2,000 PLN per month (monitoring, small changes, priority service), first month free, or contact me ad hoc at my hourly rate.
