Terms of Service
Governs all project engagements with Kuliberda Labs.
Key provisions:
- ›Payment terms (50% upfront, 50% on delivery for Tier 2+)
- ›Scope change process (written amendment required)
- ›Intellectual property (you own the custom deliverable; third-party components — LLM APIs, automation platforms, open-source libraries — remain under their respective licenses; we retain the right to describe the general category of work)

Privacy Policy
Describes how we handle your data during and after a project.
Key provisions:
- ›What data we collect during Discovery and Build phases
- ›How project materials are stored and for how long
- ›Third-party services we use and their data handling policies
- ›Your rights regarding stored data
- ›Data deletion on request
NDA Template
We sign NDAs for projects that involve access to sensitive business information. Our standard NDA covers:
- ›Confidentiality of your specific documents, data, and business logic
- ›3-year confidentiality period
- ›Carve-out: we may describe the general category of work performed
If you require a custom NDA, send your version before Discovery. We review and respond within 3 business days.

Project Agreement Template
Used for Tier 2, 3, and 4 engagements. Covers:
- ›Scope of work (referenced from the functional specification)
- ›Timeline and milestones
- ›Payment schedule
- ›Change request process
- ›Delivery and acceptance criteria
- ›Post-delivery support terms
The project agreement references the functional specification as an attachment. Both documents together constitute the complete agreement.
