Legal
The documents that govern every Kuliberda Labs engagement. If you have questions about any of them, email dawid@kuliberda.ai before signing.
Terms of Service
Governs all project engagements with Kuliberda Labs.
Key provisions:
- Payment terms: 50% on specification approval, 50% on delivery for paid installs. The free discovery call and the free first month of retainer-level support need no deposit.
- Scope change process: a written amendment is required. Changes raised after the spec is signed are quoted separately.
- Intellectual property: you own the custom deliverable. Third-party components (LLM APIs, automation platforms, open-source libraries) stay under their respective licenses. I retain the right to describe the general category of work done (e.g. "an AI agent for internal knowledge management") — see the NDA section below.
- Support period terms: a free first month after delivery (prompt tuning, small fixes, priority contact). Further support through an optional retainer or a one-time quote.
- Dispute resolution: Polish law, court of competent jurisdiction for Dawid Kuliberda's place of business.
Privacy Policy
Describes how I handle your data during and after a project.
Key provisions:
- What data I collect during the Discovery and build phases
- How project materials are stored and for how long (project files on my side are deleted within 30 days of handoff, unless an active retainer requires otherwise)
- The third-party services I use and their data handling policies
- Your rights regarding stored data
- Data deletion on request (GDPR Article 17)
I don't use your data to train models. Your documents and business data are used only to deliver your project.
NDA Template
I sign NDAs for projects that need access to sensitive business information. My standard NDA covers:
- Confidentiality of your specific documents, data, and business logic
- A 3-year confidentiality period from project completion
- Carve-out: I may describe the general category of work done (system type, industry — without your data, without business logic)
If you need a custom NDA, send your version before Discovery. I'll review it and reply within 3 business days.

Project Agreement Template
Used for Custom Agent Install engagements (all flavors: openclaw, hermes, custom, and the hybrid bundle). Covers:
- Scope of work, referencing the functional specification as an attachment
- Timeline and milestones
- Payment schedule (50% on specification approval, 50% on delivery)
- Change request process
- Delivery and acceptance criteria
- Post-delivery support terms (free first month, optional retainer)
The project agreement and the functional specification together constitute the complete agreement.
