// operator-grade ai
I build a private AI assistant for your company. Runs on your machine, knows your work context, and executes tasks through OpenClaw, Hermes, or a custom Claude Code setup. You type from your phone. The agent handles the rest.
// live demo — openclaw + claude code
// system overview
An AI system is not one bot. It is data, agents, oversight, and output on a single track — with a clear boundary where the model ends and you begin.
Emails, documents, calendar, CRM, your drive, your notes. Wherever the company already keeps its information.
Reading, classification, drafting, research, fact-checking, summarising. Each agent has one task — not a chatbot that does everything.
HITL gate before send, citations on every answer, full action log. You know exactly what the agent did and when.
Email draft in your inbox, brief in Notion, reply in Slack, report by mail. Wherever you already work.
// sample systems · architecture
Sample systems — the kind of thing I build and how it fits together. These are architectures, not case studies: they show the input → processing → output flow, not numbers from a deployment.
The operator connects their calendar. The agent picks up the meeting, researches the company and contacts, verifies facts across several sources, attaches citations, and delivers a brief before the call. You read, approve, walk in.
A team runs their work in a group chat. OpenClaw sits in the group, recognises commands, triggers background procedures (Hermes), and returns the result to the same channel. No new dashboard, no new login.
// labs
Every lab is a ready install. Presence layer, worker, CLI, or a hybrid bundle. Full catalogue at /labs.
Presence layer. Agent in your team channel: Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord.
Workflow worker. Cron, research, triage, recurring reports running in background.
Claude · Codex CLI native. Custom skills, memory, prompt system.
OpenClaw or Hermes plus CLI agent. One install, one workflow.
// two clients · two archetypes
A shorter path between “I know what I want” and “I have it working.” Not magic, not a slide deck — output on the operator's machine. Two clients, two directions.
Hotel owner
Multi-inbox triage + invoice extraction + brief generation, all from Telegram.
After integrating my mailboxes it feels like having a real assistant next to me, one that handles my email threads and helps me move to action faster. I record a short voice note and moments later I have a clean reply, an email draft or a concrete to-do list.
Trainer (FT) + side-business operator
Custom Claude Code config + skills + site scaffold. Solo-shipped his own brand.
I type in the commands I want run and see the result right away — and on top of that it fixes errors I sometimes don't even spot. People charge 3-5k PLN for a website. Mine cost me maybe 150 PLN all-in. And I can keep adding material whenever — no one to ask, no waiting on a reply.

Send a short description: what you do, where the data comes from, and where the output should land. I will tell you whether it is worth building an AI system or better left to a person.
