Who it's for

For the owner, or a person you choose, who handles their own email and searches the company documents themselves.

Scope

One role, for example an assistant to the owner with access to email, calendar and documents. The price includes one or two simple tasks, which we define with you, tune, test and take through acceptance.

What stays with you

A working assistant on your own email and data, one or two accepted tasks, a user guide and a 30-day warranty. The AI subscription and the service accounts are yours.

Timing

A working assistant is usually ready 7 to 14 days after the start. Once you accept it, we spend the 30-day warranty tuning it to the way you work, within the accepted scope.

AI Automation

Who it's for

For a company where the same process comes round every week or every month, and each time someone has to run it by hand.

Scope

One process from the event that starts it to the finished result, for example from an enquiry to a ready quote. The price includes handling exceptions, testing and handover.

What stays with you

A working process, documentation and handover as set out in the contract. The AI subscription and the service accounts are yours.

Timing

A working automation is usually ready 2 to 3 weeks after the start. After acceptance you get a 30-day warranty, during which we fix and fine-tune the process within the accepted scope.

AI System

Who it's for

For a company where several people or departments are meant to work with AI on the same data.

Scope

Several assistants and processes that draw on the same company data. Each role has its own permissions, and work moves from one person to the next under rules agreed in advance.

What stays with you

Working roles and processes, documentation and handover as set out in the contract. The AI subscription and the service accounts are yours.

Timing

The first roles usually go live 2 weeks or more after the start, depending on how many roles and integrations are involved. After acceptance you have a 30-day warranty, during which we tune the system on your company's real work.

The Map: scope and price before we build

If integrations, risk or unclear steps in a process mean we can't price the deployment reliably, we start with the Map. Dawid works through the process with you, and you receive the scope, the risks, the acceptance criteria and a price for the deployment.

For a simple scope we email you a quote straight after the diagnosis, with no Map needed.

Care after acceptance

Care and Priority Care cover an accepted AI Assistant or AI Automation. Every day at 9:00 we run an automatic check that the deployment is working. We answer your requests in the time agreed and fix faults within the accepted scope. Care is optional, and the paid period starts after acceptance.

What raises the price

The scope and the price go into the contract before we start. Anything added later is quoted separately, for example:

  • another mailbox, or another employee who will use the assistant
  • a new data source or channel, say a messaging app alongside email
  • more processes, rules and types of case for the assistant to deal with
  • connecting software you already use, such as your booking or accounting system
  • the assistant saving changes in another program, or sending messages itself, without a draft for you to check first
  • a dashboard of results, or an uptime commitment written into the contract

Once several people work on shared company data, each role needs its own permissions and work has to pass between departments according to set rules. That is where an AI System begins.

Payments

  • The Map and deployments up to PLN 20,000: 50% before we start, 50% on acceptance.
  • An AI System for several roles or a team: 40% before we start, 40% after an agreed milestone, 20% on acceptance.
  • You pay the amount in the contract. We don't add hours to the bill afterwards.

Prices are net of VAT. You pay for AI models, APIs, hosting and your own accounts separately, unless the contract says otherwise.

Questions about price

What does an AI assistant for a business cost?

An AI Assistant starts from PLN 4,500 net and covers one role plus one or two simple, named tasks. AI Automation starts from PLN 7,500 net and an AI System from PLN 20,000 net. After the diagnosis or the Map we email you a fixed price for your scope. If the scope is still unclear, we begin with the Map at PLN 2,500 net, and that amount is credited to a build that starts within 30 days.

How is an AI Assistant different from AI Automation and an AI System?

An AI Assistant covers one role, say an assistant to the owner with access to email, calendar and documents, plus one or two agreed tasks. AI Automation runs a single process from the event that starts it to the finished result, for example from an enquiry to a ready quote, and it handles the exceptions along the way. When several people or departments need to work with AI on the same company data, we build an AI System made of several assistants and processes.

Who pays for the AI models and accounts?

You do, directly to the providers of AI models, API access, hosting and accounts, unless the contract says otherwise. You take out the AI subscription in your company's name, so the bill for the models comes straight to you.

How long does a deployment take?

The Map usually takes 7 to 14 days, and the more precise it is, the faster the whole deployment moves. A working assistant is usually ready 7 to 14 days after the start. During the 30-day warranty that follows acceptance, we tune it to the way its user works, within the accepted scope. A working automation is usually ready 2 to 3 weeks after the start. In an AI System the first roles usually take 2 weeks or more, depending on how many roles and integrations there are, and after acceptance there are again 30 days of warranty and tuning on real work. We set the exact schedule after the diagnosis or the Map.

What if something stops working after acceptance?

For 30 days after acceptance we fix defects in the accepted scope at our own cost, under the warranty. You can also take Care for PLN 500 net a month: every day at 9:00 we check how the deployment is running and fix faults within the accepted scope. Priority Care, at PLN 1,000 net a month, gets a response within 4 business hours. AI System Care is priced to its scope. New features are quoted separately.

When do I need the Map?
