Scope, design, acceptance

Runs the diagnosis and the Map, designs the solution and goes through acceptance with you. He is accountable for what you have accepted.

Your team

Knowledge and decisions

Knows the process from the inside and approves the scope and the acceptance criteria.

Dawid Kuliberda leads every project. KL agents, a system of AI agents that Dawid designs and oversees, do the building and the maintenance.

The same person.

You talk to the person who then designs your deployment and signs it off.

What if Dawid becomes unavailable?

The accounts and API keys belong to you. Copyright in what we built for your company, and in its documentation, passes to you once you have paid the full fee. Kuliberda Labs' own tools stay with us, and you use them under a licence. You receive the documentation and instructions at acceptance. Under Care, wherever monitoring is in place, we check the deployment every day at 9:00.

Dawid Kuliberda

I'm an engineer by training, a graduate of AGH University in Kraków. I've worked for myself from the start and have never been anyone's employee.

Whatever I build for clients, I first put to work in my own company. I prepare proposals, publish content, track our online visibility and handle document flow on the same systems we later deploy for our clients.

Kuliberda Labs has been formally operating since April 2026. The company is registered in Kraków, and we work with clients remotely across Poland.

Five principles.

Each one comes with a mechanism you can check.

  1. The price is fixed before we start building.

You pay an agreed amount for an agreed scope. We email you the quote only after the diagnosis or the Map. If a new idea comes up during the build, it gets its own quote before we start working on it.

    What backs this up:

Prices published on this website, net of VAT. The Map costs PLN 2,500 net, and if the deployment starts within 30 days, we credit that amount against its price. For a simple scope we email a quote after the diagnosis, with no Map. You pay for a deployment of up to PLN 20,000 in two instalments, one before the start and one on acceptance, and for a system covering several roles in three.

  2. Your company owns the accounts and the AI subscription.

The assistant works on your email and your AI subscription, so the bill for the models arrives in your own account. You receive the documentation and instructions at acceptance. Copyright in what we built passes to you once you have paid the full fee, and you use our own tools under a licence.

    What backs this up:

Our quote lists the cost of AI models and hosting as a separate item, which you pay yourself unless the contract says otherwise. When we process data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).

  3. For 30 days after acceptance, we fix things at our own cost.

Acceptance runs against criteria written down before the build. For 30 days after acceptance, under the warranty, we fix defects and tune the assistant to the way its user works, within the accepted scope. That work is on our side and doesn't use up your Care allowance. A new feature or integration is a new scope with its own quote.

    What backs this up:

We write the acceptance criteria into the scope before the build, and at acceptance we test them on examples from your own work.

  4. Under Care, we make sure it keeps working after acceptance.

Providers change their models, and access to email and calendars expires. Under Care a daily check confirms that the deployment is working, and we fix and tune what you have already accepted. The contract runs month to month, with no annual commitment.

    What backs this up:

Care for an AI Assistant or AI Automation costs PLN 500 net a month, with a first response to a support request within 2 business days. Priority Care, at PLN 1,000 net a month, gets a first response within 4 business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00 Polish time). Places on Priority Care are limited. A response means our first assessment of the request and the next step; how long the repair takes depends on the fault. We set up and test the daily check separately for each deployment.

  5. The diagnosis may end with advice not to build.

Thirty minutes with Dawid ends with one of two answers: we're a fit, or we're not. If a simpler tool would solve the problem, or the process isn't ready yet, you'll hear it on that call. You leave with the problem named and a next step.

    What backs this up:

A free diagnosis. We email a quote only after the call, and only when a deployment makes sense.
