In testing
An app where trainers build plans for the people they coach
RUSH is an app for personal trainers. Trainers prepare workout plans in it, and each of their clients sees their own plan. We built it from scratch and keep developing it with the trainers who are testing it.
RUSH
What a trainer gets
A plan is built day by day, from blocks of exercises. The trainer saves a finished plan as a template, reuses it for the next person and keeps templates in folders. Several trainers can set up a club and share templates there.
The trainer invites a client with a link. Once logged in, the client sees their plan, and the trainer can add a short note to it.
What we built
The whole app, from the login screen to the client’s view. It runs in the browser, and on a phone you can add it to the home screen and open it like any other app. Trainers log in with a password or a Google account.
Where it stands
In testingThe app is being tested by trainers who received an invitation. There is no open sign-up. We build each new version from what trainers report after their tests.
